A strength & conditioning program that aims to insulate athleticism through the combination of GPP and plyometrics.

[1] GPP - general physical preparation

Test your ability to resist and produce force by challenging various positioning through sandbag/kettlebell training.

SQUAT / HINGE

PUSH / PULL

HOLD / CARRY

[2] Plyometrics

Addressing your ability to absorb and transfer force w plyometric sequencing (think of movements with landing & take off done fast!)

LEAP - Two foot takeoff & landing

HOP - Single foot takeoff to side same landing

BOUND - Alternating single foot takeoff to opposite landing

 

Session Focuses each week:

Alt. Week A / Week B

Monday - Triple Flexion (Squat)
Wednesday - Core / Thorax (Carry/OH)
Friday - Triple Extension (Hinge)
