Bring a water bottle, towel, training shoes and gym attire.
Please come in early if you need get changed.
Our coach will meet you at the front cafe to bring you in and lead you through your workout. Here's an example of what you could be doing:
Joint Moblity and Dynamic Warm Up
Back Squat 5x5@70-80%
10 Kettlebell swings - Russian
10 Box jumps
10 Ring rows
4 rounds for time
Stretch and cool down
