TRACK CLUB
SPRINT TRAINING FOR THE SUMMER/FALL
The track club is an introductory program by Coach David where participants will learn the technique and application of sprinting.
The distances covered range anywhere from 30m up to 400m with varying intensities and drills specific to the distances covered in the given day. This program will help develop explosive qualities, running efficiency, plyometrics, acceleration mechanics, and overall athleticism.
Track will be held at Central Tech Stadium starting June 4 every Sunday 8am-9am
*This is rain or shine. Late cancellation time frame is also the night (Saturday) before 6pm
Note that since this will be at Central Tech Stadium, you will be sharing the track with others not from our facility. Coach David will also be teaching proper track etiquette.
