WHAT IS THE ACADEMY OF LIONS CROSS-TRAINING?

Cross-Training is a functional strength & conditioning program developed by our Head and Main Coaches to make you confident & prepared for a broad range of physical tasks & whatever else life throws at you.

Whether you're a NHL star or a Hockey mom, we treat all our members as athletes.  

Why?

Because athletes have greater bone density, stronger immune systems, less risk of heart disease, reduced risk of cancer risk, and are just generally happier people. 

So, whether you think you are an athlete or not, you actually are.  

All our classes are group based and lead by our experienced coaches. Cross-Training classes are designed with both strength training and metabolic conditioning to give you an all round fitness regimen.

All our members start off with a 60-90min one-on-one 'on-ramp' sessions to help you get started into our classes. Regardless if you're a beginner or advanced we require everyone to start with the on-ramp session to assess your movement and provide a proper introduction into our space.
