What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can check in, change, and start on time.
What’s the cancellation / refund policy?
All bookings can be cancelled up to 24hrs beforehand. All late cancellations/no shows are non-refundable. If your plans change, please cancel your slot as early as possible so someone else can book it.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit required. We also recommend a water bottle, sandals, and a warm layer for cool-down (Robe). There are lockers within the gym and hangers outside the sauna if you want your items accessible
Can beginners do this?
Yes. Go at your own pace, take breaks, and cool down as needed. Listen to your body.
