Individual workshop purchases:

  • Full refund up until the day before the workshop
  • 50% refund for cancellations made on the day of the workshop

3-workshop bundle purchases:

  • Full refund up until the day before the first workshop
  • 50% refund on the cost of one workshop - $30+Tax - for cancellations made on the day of the first workshop
  • If two out of three workshops are cancelled but one workshop is still attended, a 50% refund will be applied to one session regardless of when the two cancelled sessions were withdrawn

March Workshop - March 29, 1PM

Women who lift often face conflicting nutrition advice, particularly around how and what to eat to fuel performance and support body composition adaptations. This session focuses on fueling strength training in a way that supports muscle growth, energy levels, hormonal health, and a positive relationship with food.

Healthy Eating & Sustainable Nutrition Strategies for the Summer

This session focusses on building nutrition habits that support long-term health, energy, and performance - without restriction, guilt, or constantly jumping “on-and-off” plan. You’ll learn why most nutrition plans fail long-term and how to build a flexible, realistic way of eating that supports your lifestyle, activity levels, and overall well-being all summer long.

  • The fundamentals of nutrition, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and food quality
  • Why most nutrition plans fail long-term (with examples of common fad diets like keto, elimination diets, and low-carb appraoches)
  • What “sustainable” nutrition actually looks like in practice - including at BBQs, on vacation, and during busy summer schedules
  • The core habits that drive long-term nutrition success
  • Key mindset shifts to support consistency and flexibility with food

No — everyone is welcome. Members and non-members can register for any workshop or the full series.

Yes. Each workshop stands on its own, and you can register for a single month at any time. The bundle is available if you want the best value and the full progression.

Anyone training regularly who wants more energy, better recovery, stronger performance, and a simpler, more sustainable approach to nutrition. These sessions are especially helpful for CrossFit, HYROX, and Olympic lifting athletes — and they’re beginner-friendly.

Kenzie Osborne has coached over 100 clients from more than 8 countries, including active adults and athletes, helping them achieve their nutrition goals through sustainable, evidence-based strategies. She is a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and an HCA-registered Health Coach, currently completing her MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition to further support performance, recovery, and long-term health.

With a background in culinary arts, Kenzie specializes in simplifying nutrition and reducing the stress of meal planning. She helps clients build practical, nourishing meals that fit their lifestyle - without sacrificing enjoyment or flexibility.
