Evidence-Based Education
Learn current research and practical guidance around bone health, density, and fracture prevention.
Bone health is an important topic for women of every age. Young women should be building up bone density and bone quality so when bone loss happens later in life they are starting from a position of strength. Older woman of any age should work on bone health, balance and strength to reduce their fracture risk. And yet there is so little attention paid to this topic in women's health, and the information circulating on social media is often wrong or unhelpful.
A hands-on workshop for women to build strength, support bone health, and reduce fracture risk at any age.
Bone health is an important topic for women at every stage of life, yet it rarely gets the practical attention it deserves.
Younger women benefit from building bone density and bone quality early, creating a stronger foundation for later years. Older women benefit from improving strength, balance, and movement quality to help reduce fracture risk.
This workshop is designed to cut through misinformation and give women a clear, evidence-based starting point they can actually use.
