TRICKS OF THE TRADE

This two hour workshop is geared towards beginners to crossfit and bodyweight movements or want to have a deeper understanding for basic fundamental gymnastics. We will cover two of the most popular goals for beginners, pull ups and handstands.

Our gymnastics coach Richmond will go over proper warm up, introduction to movement mechanics and practice drills that will help you develop the proper muscles for each movement as well as a workout template to help to develop the movements after the workshop.
