RunLAB  is for challenging yourself & achieving goals together…. as a community. In 2016, committing to achieve something you haven’t done before. Run more, run fast, or just START.

Our common goal is to run Goodlife Toronto Marathon (May 1st) as a TEAM.  We want lots of runners out there, taking the streets of Toronto together, running their OWN races for their OWN reasons, with the help of our Crew, other Crews and Cheer Squads.

You may be ready of a 5k, 10k, half or even FULL Marathon.  Even if you're not ready today, we'll help you get there during our 16 weeks of programming leading up to race day May 1st. 

Over the course of the 16 weeks, our crew of runners will practice & learn how to run more effectively and enjoyably, with fun warm-ups, drills, city routes and lots of hang-time included.

Three (optional) weekly runs lead by Dhani Oks, Jenny McConnell, & Natalie Lodge will give you the support, guidance, and motivation you need to really stick with it. We all know, that joining a community of people striving for similar goals, makes it much easier to achieve them. So let's do this together! 

Academy of Lions Run Crew is OPEN TO ALL and it's 100% FREE.  We believe that doing things like this helps grow our community and gives people the motivation to train better, make new positive friends and inspire those around us. 

Challenge yourself, but NOT by yourself.

Goodlife Toronto Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k & 5k

YOUR FEET ARE IN GOOD HANDS

Not sure which race distance to register for? We'll help you decide based on your goals & level of experience. If you are just starting to run a 5k may be best, or if you have done a half & would like to take it up a notch, maybe its time to try a marathon. It's all about challenging yourself in 2016. 

 

WEEKLY RUNS - MEET AT ACADEMY

Wednesdays - 6:30pm: Speed Work

Thursdays - 7:30pm: Run Crew, 5k & 8k routes.

Sundays - 10:00am: Long Runs

 

WANT MORE IN-DEPTH TECHNIQUE TRAINING?

RunSTRONG WORKSHOP SERIES.

Took place on Sunday, January 10th. 8:30AM - 12:00PM

Get Faster, Stronger, Longer & Stay Injury Free.  This 3 hour Workshop will give you everything you need to take your Running to the next level, no matter what your skill level, beginner or experiences.  We will cover the concepts, skills and simple drills that can be incorporated for only a few minutes before every run, to help you find your TRUE STRIDE.
