Hope everyone is recovering nicely from yesterdays long run.
Below is week 10 of your training plan- we're in the thick of things now and it's extremely important to make sure that we listen to our bodies. Sleep, hydration and fuel are all equally as important as logging miles. You're body is exerting a lot more effort than it normally does, so it's crucial that you're replenishing it! In order to achieve quality training we need to treat our bodies to quality nutrition and rest! Training for endurance races can be a big commitment in a lot of ways and I'm sure we're all feeling a bit of that right now. Just remember why you've decided to put forth this challenge in front of you- always keep your goals in sight; 6 weeks from now you'll be crossing that finish line!!
