So here we are, Week 5! Where has the time gone!?! This week we start to kick up the mileage up even more. You may start to be feeling some soreness and often having heavy legs. This is all part of the training process to help strengthen your legs for your race. Keep up with the training but also listen to your bodies. If you need a break, that's okay. But remember that rolling out & mobility are the key to keeping up with the training. Both of this are the key to recovery and yes as stated, your body will thank you!
