Hi everyone :) Below are your routes for tomorrow. Once again we'll be doing a 5km as well as our two longer distance runs,10km & 16km, as a group. You'll notice we'll be passing by the gym and dropping of people as they finish their distances. We want all of you runners to be able to take part in the entire process of this, regardless of what distance you've chosen.

5KM

  • Start at Academy
  • North on Ossington to College
  • East on College to Augusta
  • South on Augusta to Dundas
  • West on Dundas to Ossington
  • South on Ossington to Academy
  • 5km Complete 

10KM

  • Short stop at Academy for water or gear change & high fives
  • Continue south on Ossington to Queen
  • East on Queen to Strachan
  • South on Strachan to the bridge/stairs entrance to Fort York
  • East through Fort York park Bathurst
  • North on Bathurst to King
  • West on King to Shaw
  • North on Shaw to Queen
  • West on Queen to Ossington
  • North on Ossington back to Academy
  • 10km complete!

16KM

  • Short stop at Academy for water or gear change & high fives
  • North on Ossington to Dundas
  • West on Dundas to Landsdowne
  • South on Landsdowne to Queen
  • East on Queen to Ossington
  • North on Ossington to Academy
  • 16km Complete
  • Collect High Fives!!
