Week 1 was incredible. We had our Kick off night with more than 70 runners and more than 40 runners on our first Sunday Long Run. You guys killed it on the 5km, 9km & 16km distances.  Let's keep up the momentum from the first week and keep looking forward into Week 2.  

Week 2 -  This is our first full week of training & our first week with our Speed Runs on Wednesday. Remember to meet at the gym ready to go for 6:30pm ready to get fast!
