All members of Academy Of Lions start their training properly.
Before moving on to regular classes, new members will "OnRamp"
We OnRamp for the following reasons:
assess a new member's present level of fitness
getting to know you & your goals
screen for injury & assess risk
teach our basic warm-ups, mobility drills & programming philosophy
ensure that everyone, beginner or advanced, checks their ego at the door and starts on the right foot
HOW IT'S DONE
new members will complete 2 personal training sessions with an Academy Of Lions coach
costs are included in Standard Membership fees.
you can also purchase additional sessions; sometimes newbies need a few more to get comfortable.

Become a Member
This level offers the best rate per class for anyone wanting to workout 3 times a week or more. You can take a class every single day if you like, we won't stop you. No ridiculous contracts or gimmicks. If you want to get fit fast and have strong goals this is it.
If you plan to attend less than 3 classes per week, this may be the best option for you. Purchase a 10-pack of classes and take up to 6 months to use them. This is also a great option for anyone who wants to add just a wee bit of CrossFit or Oly Lifting to their routine.
Every Saturday at 12:15pm, we have an Free Workout that gives you the opportunity to learn about the Academy, meet our staff, and oh yeah, do a really great CrossFit Class. Suitable for all fitness levels, ages, heights & tastes in music. Seriously, no excuses!
