Just Write is here to help you get your writing project off the ground by combining writing exercises and mindfulness training into one 4-week program.
Altaira Northe has been working as a technical writer, and blogger for almost a decade.
She’s also the host of CreativeMornings Toronto. Her mission is to help every person unlock their own creativity.
Katie Davis is a former Counsellor and ACT based group facilitator trained in Mindfulness Based Cogitative Therapy(MBCT) group facilitation through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.
This beta version of Just Write will be offered for the introductory rate of $80. It will take place on Sunday afternoons starting May 1st at Academy of Lions.
