FREE CROSSFIT CLASS EVERY SATURDAY 12:00PM
CrossFit is the most athletic and technical way to get in world-class shape. Our caring and knowledgable coaches will guide you through your first CrossFit experience at the Academy. We specialize in technique and progressing people safely through the various CrossFit movements. It's something you have to fully experience to understand.
FREE COMMUNITY CLASSES 2 TIMES A WEEK!
We love this class! The vibe is so great and the workouts fun. This CommUNITY Class has the same attention to detail and great coaching of our CrossFit & MetCON Classes but it's completely bodyweight, making it perfect for any fitness level.
Attend as many classes as you want - there are no restrictions. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30pm
FREE CLASS FOR RECOVERING ADDICTS & PEOPLE DEALING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES
Exercise and positive, healthy habits have been proven to be extremely effective in helping people recover from addiction and positively influence mental health. We believe in providing a place that is safe, non-judgemental and supportive for everyone, especially those who really need some upward momentum in their lives. Our 'LIFT UP' program is open to anyone in our community.
