Our program is about members being strong, lean and motivated to get new skills & goals. Everyone is a little different, and our schedule is set-up to help you lock into your goals.
Mondays: Barbell Skill & Speed + MetCon
Tuesdays: Squat Strength + MetCon
Wednesdays: Skills + Longer MetCon
Thursdays: Pushing & Pulling Strength + Technique Tests
Fridays: Gymnastic Skills & Strength + Rowing, MetCon
Saturdays: Barbell Skill & Speed + MetCon
Sundays: Epic MetCon

MetCon: Metabolic Conditioning (like Cardio but more functional & technique driven)
AMRAP: As Many Rounds/Reps as Possible
EMOTM: Every Minute On The Minute
For Time: Complete as quickly as possible with great technique and strategy
1RM: One Rep Max. As much as you can Lift or do with good technique
% of 1RM: This is a load or weight that is based on a percentage of your maximum strength
TABATA: A popular High Intensity Interval protocol. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 4 mins.
