GET TO KNOW JENNY

Jenny is an inspiration. She qualified for the Boston Marathon on her very first attempt and then re-qualified again during the race. She is a tenacious, driven and highly focused person who brings the same approach to her client's training. 

She is the co-captain of the Academy Of Lions RunCrew and programs the RunLab 16-week season that prepares our runners for their Marathons, Halfs, 10k & 5k races.  Jenny coaches several group classes at Academy and her sessions are high energy with great music. Her Women's BootCamp called simply "The Camp" is an opportunity for women to push their limits in a highly supportive setting. 

Jenny is currently focusing on making Endurance athletes better at their passion. Runners, Swimmers, Bikers all must have strength to compete at the level they want and more importantly to avoid injury.  But most of these people don't do enough. 

Jenny works privately with clients who want to clean-up their running technique and also build a solid body that can take the pounding of the pavement and all the training that comes with it.
