Lab #1 - Thurs, Nov 26th 5:30pm - 6:30pm, 2nd FloorDr. Paul will take members through a warm-up, drills & a workout that will help you understand the TRUE meaning of "CORE STRENGTH" via the concepts of INTERNAL ABDOMINAL PRESSURE (IAP)

Lab #2 - Thurs Dec 3rd 5:30pm - 6:30pm, 2nd Floor - Building upper body stability through correct sequence of muscular engagement. This is an important concept in creating mobile, strong and highly resilient shoulders which can take a beating in CrossFit, MetCon or Oly Lifting workouts.

Lab #3 - Thurs Dec 10rd 5:30pm - 6:30pm,, 2nd Floor - Creating a strong connection to the ground through the feet. This allows the hips to function optimally for power production which can be minimized if the feet are not functioning optimally.

Lab #4 - Thurs Dec 17rd 5:30pm - 6:30pm,, 2nd Floor - This session will incorporate all the pervious learnings from the Performance Labs. It will be a good review but also useful for first timers who want to understand the principals that reduce injury and improve performance and enjoyment of intense workouts.
