Our MetCon classes are becoming quite popular.


We do HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) in a unique way that combines Plyo, Kettlbell, Bodyweight, Dumbbells movements with focus on Technique, Skill & Mobility.  And of course, our caring & demanding coaches hold you accountable, along with the others peeps in the class. 

We're really excited about MetCon. It's a fast way for people to join our community and get the really good, "mindful" programming. It's also a valuable class for the established CrossFitter who needs more Metabolic Conditioning in their week.

New Class Schedule As of January 11th, 2016:

  • Mondays: 7:00am, 6:30pm
  • Tuesdays: 6:00am, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
  • Wednesdays: 6:00am NEW CLASS, 6:30pm, 7:30pm NEW CLASS
  • Thursdays: 6:00am,  6:30pm NEW CLASS, 7:30pm
  • Saturdays: 1:00pm Mobility Class, 3:00pm NEW CLASS
  • Sundays: 12:00pm NEW CLASS

If you have not tried our MetCon classes, there are 3 easy ways to get started:

 

OPTION #1 - START NOW

Purchase a 10-ClassPack or Monthly Unlimited MetCon Membership. No strings attached and start anytime.  Classes can average out to as little as $5 per session with a Monthly option. 

 

OPTION #2 - TEST THE WATERS

Drop-in on any class during the week to get Free Trail.  

 

OPTION #3 - CROSSFIT PROGRAM MEMBERS

If you have a CrossFit Membership or ClassPack at Academy, MetCon classes are already included in your Membership/Pack. Just register using our online member platform, WODIFY.
