AGATSU OLYMPIC LIFTING & MOBILITY CERTIFICATION
DEVELOPING TOOLS TO PREPARE THE BODY FOR LIFTING

Agatsu coaches Justin Santos and Paluna Santamaria have developed a certification course different than most Olympic Lifting certifications: they provide the tools necessary for coaches and athletes to prepare the body for lifting while incorporating it into the lifting techniques themselves.
In this weekend course, participants can expect to learn:
General mobility assessment
Mobility techniques to improve overhead, front and back squat as well as front rack positioning
Fool-proof warm-ups and activation exercises for pre and post lifting sessions
Full breakdown of the snatch, clean, jerk and squat along with accessory movements
Programming for beginner and intermediate lifters along with mobility to support the program
Goal setting, competition prep and use of the props (shoes, belts, wraps, etc)
