MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) sessions focus on developing outstanding cardio, endurance and technique using functional CrossFit movements involving Bodyweight, Kettlebells, Med Balls & Plyo.
All workouts are scaled and modified to meet the needs and fitness levels of the athlete from beginner to advanced.
