Humans. We are creatures of habit. We like routine. We watch the sun rise and set in the same way everyday; just as we find ourselves repeating the same motions in our lives, day after day. I am no stranger to this structure of life and schedule...
From talking with close friends over the years and thinking about what makes us afraid I came to this thought that most of us have a fear of pain, fear of loss, fear of failure, fear of judgement, fear of success, and perhaps a fear of happiness. But if you think about things like pain, loss, failure, success, and happiness … they all provoke a very important thing in ALL of us: CHANGE.

I have had a lot of people ask me how I manage between competitive Weightlifting and school, and my answer is always “discipline and willpower."
